With a PhD in neuroscience and trauma‑informed yoga training, I blend somatic research‑aware practices with Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra, healing Mudras, Restorative movement and Reiki so you can rest, feel seen, and slowly unfurl into your inner bloom.
