As a Highly Sensitive Person with a PhD in neuroscience and trauma‑informed yoga training, I blend somatic science with gentle, restorative yoga, Healing Mudras, and Yoga Nidra to create small, soothing practices with sensitive hearts in mind. These are practical, research and sensitive aware mini rituals you can tuck into your day and that meet you where you are.
